PregnancyCare ™ is a supplement that is recommended in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. PregnancyCare ™ is a dietary supplement that includes a complex of multivitamins, minerals, iron, plant extracts, omega-3 and folate. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy. Also, the iron that contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. As the pregnancy progresses, the need for iron increases due to the development of the fetus. Therefore, PregnancyCare ™ contains twice the amount of iron compared to the FertilityCare supplement.

The Danish Health and Medical Authorities recommend that women consume 400 µg (0.40 mg) of folate before pregnancy and in the first trimester, as well as a consumption of 10 micrograms of vitamin D throughout pregnancy. Supplement packs are specially designed to make daily dosing as easy as possible.

Administration:

The daily dose is consumed with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, after the last meal. Caffeine and sugar consumption is not recommended while taking PregnancyCare ™.
