Founders Christian Bendtsen and Lasse Rolighed Olesen launched their first collection in 2015, becoming the first Danish company to introduce a Babynest. Inspired by a Swedish invention, the Babynest was created to protect newborns, offering them a safe base and a protective "nest" around them.

Since then, Filibabba has reinvented the product to meet the safety, quality, design, and functionality requirements of everyday life.
